• Arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time
• Follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides and staff members
• Respect the cultural and historical sites visited during tours
• Behave in a manner that does not disrupt the experience of other participants
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances during tours
• Wear appropriate attire and footwear for the specific tour requirements
• Inform the guide of any medical conditions that might affect your participation
• Not bring unauthorized individuals to tours without prior registration

Violation of these obligations may result in exclusion from tours without refund at the discretion of Pexobia.com staff.

All bookings made through Pexobia.com are subject to the following conditions:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable
• Pexobia.com reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, insufficient participants, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided
• Tour rescheduling is available subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance

While Pexobia.com strives to provide exceptional tour experiences, we acknowledge the following limitations:

• Tour routes and visited sites may be altered due to weather conditions, site closures, or other circumstances beyond our control
• We cannot guarantee specific guides for any tour unless explicitly stated at the time of booking
• Photography restrictions at certain sites are beyond our control and must be respected
• The Service may not be suitable for individuals with severe mobility limitations unless specifically advertised as accessible
• Tour duration is approximate and may vary slightly based on group size and circumstances
• Maximum group sizes are enforced for quality purposes and cannot be exceeded
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

All content on Pexobia.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Pexobia.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Users may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission
• Use any of our tour materials for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Service content
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

By participating in our tours, you grant Pexobia.com permission to use photographs or videos in which you may appear for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Pexobia.com and its employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur during tours
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during tours
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our Service
• Delays, changes, or cancellations due to factors beyond our reasonable control
• Inaccuracies or errors in historical or cultural information provided during tours
• Actions of other tour participants

By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that certain activities involve inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume those risks. We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate travel and health insurance before participating in our tours.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved as follows:

• Parties will attempt to resolve any disputes informally through good-faith negotiations
• If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration
• Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Pexobia.com is registered
• The arbitration shall take place in the city where Pexobia.com maintains its principal place of business
• The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language
• The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties

Class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, private attorney-general actions, and any other proceeding where someone acts in a representative capacity are not allowed, nor is combining individual proceedings without the consent of all parties.
